Can I receive my ticket again?
Can I change, exchange or cancel my tickets?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. You could, however, sell your tickets. You may want to usewww.ticketswap.nl.
I have entered the wrong email address so I haven’t received my tickets.
When you have entered a wrong email address, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy of your bank statement with the order number clearly visible and the correct email address to which you’d like your tickets to be sent. Our support team will then email the tickets again to the correct email address.
Can I receive an invoice for my purchase?
If this option is not offered while purchasing your tickets in the Ticket shop, you will have to contact the event organiser. The invoice will always be in name of the organiser, Ticketflow is not the organiser of the event.
